Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date are eligible for a 90% refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the stay are non-refundable, and the full amount will be retained. For stays of two days or less, the full payment is due 30 days in advance and becomes non-refundable at that time.
